Responsible for overall management of the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate mortgage loans. Duties include financial analysis of real estate assets, review and interpretation of loan documents, analysis of borrower requests for lender consent, reporting, customer service for lenders and borrowers and supervision of 1-4 team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews of financial statements and rent rolls and performs operating statement analysis reports in lender's prescribed format.
Reviews and prepares recommendations for lender consent items such as leases, easements, ownership transfers, loan assumptions and numerous other real estate related issues.
Provides overall customer service to lenders and borrowers.
Reviews and interprets loan documents and monitors compliance with loan servicing agreements.
Responsible for managing and reviewing monthly watchlist reports and any other lender specific reporting requirements.
Special projects as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5 years industry experience; or 7-to-10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of the commercial loan servicing industry.
