Role We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer (or Full Stack Software Engineer who specializes in backend services). You will be part of an agile team and help deliver solutions to world-class, global platforms.
Implement best practices in code quality, DevOps, monitoring, and security
Leverage AWS cloud services
Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, product managers and researchers to refine and build products
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a professional software engineer
Experienced in or willing to learn Python
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with asynchronous and functional programming techniques
Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming, RESTful interfaces
Comfort with Agile/Scrum software development cycles
