What We Do: Within Sales Brokerage, Advisory & Transactions, we develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients. We incorporate the expertise of our Valuation & Advisory, Research and Econometrics Advisors professionals; prepare an accurate path forward for our investors by thoroughly assessing market conditions, trends and value against our clients' investment needs and goals. In addition, our Client Care program is designed to deploy the entire CBRE enterprise on behalf of clients, enhancing the performance of their real estate assets, people and processes. S ecure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to current client base -
P rovide tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values -
A ccompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms -
C ompile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments -
P repares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses -
A nalyze data and prepare real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons -
G ather and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements -
P repares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments; assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages -
P articipate in contract negotiations and due diligence -
M aintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry -
D raft correspondence to existing and prospective clients -
R oll up sleeves to gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials -
E ngage in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business. To Qualify, You Will Have: -
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university -
2-3 years of professional work experience. -
Salesperson license will need to be obtained upon hire -
Strong written and verbal communication skills required. -
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and thoughtful work-product in a customer-centric manner. -
Ability to effectively analyze, synthesize, and present information to clients, colleagues, and management. -
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) -
