Metropolitan Valuation Services Inc. (“MVS”) is the NY metro region’s largest independent commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm. MVS offers a full range of services including appraisals, feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, market studies, litigation support, and property development consulting. Qualifications
We are looking to hire a dynamic, investigative thinker who is able to explain solutions to real estate issues in a compelling written narrative.  You will be a great fit if you possess outstanding data analytical skills partnered with a strong work ethic.   Candidate must have a NYS General Appraiser license or application in process, and demonstrated experience with progressively complex property assignments.  MAI designation or advanced candidate a plus but not a requirement.
