OPPORTUNITY: Ark Row is searching for a highly motivated self-starter to join the ground floor of a dynamic real estate investment company. This challenging opportunity reports to the CEO and includes participation in all facets of the acquisition and asset management process.

Responsibilities include:

•  Underwrite all potential investment opportunities utilizing Argus and Excel
• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets for cash flow analysis, budgeting and lease proposal
• Maintain research and reporting on local investment activities
• Prepare and submit Letters of Intent (LOI)
• Prepare investment approval memorandums
• Negotiate, analyze, and prepare leases in-line with assumptions
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and closings
• Assist with solicitation, review and closing of property level debt
• In-depth ongoing quarterly valuation and hold/sell analyses
• Communication with all service providers including brokers, attorneys, architects, contractors, lenders, etc
• Manage day-to-day operations of properties and communication with property managers
• Conduct physical property inspections on a periodic basis
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various projects
