Lease Coordinator

Position Overview

Northwood Retail is seeking a Lease Coordinator to join our team.  The candidate’s primary function will be to support the Senior Lease Administrator. This is an entry-level role with exposure to all aspects of leasing, construction, and asset management, with the opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process lease and lease related documents per established procedures
• Update and maintain leasing and lease databases (VTS and Leverton)
• Track and process leasing commission invoices
• Assemble tenant allowance packages for review and process for payment
• Maintain tracking sheets and shared file folders
• Help with lease possession notices, commencement letters, and tracking key dates
• Route documents for signature, put onto DocuSign, track execution
• Draft documents for Lease Administrator as needed
