What are the Key Objectives:
Research, identify, cultivate, network, and acquire business with emphasis on creating new business opportunities for ground-up and tenant improvement projects in Florida
Position ECS’ value proposition of providing great solutions to clients and potential clients
Develop communication and marketing plan, in collaboration with Marketing Department, to include email and printed materials to targeted potential clients
Generate prospecting appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management
Leverage internal and external relationships to make introductions to potential clients
Partner with Marketing to create winning proposals for current and prospective clients
Attend strategic industry functions/events, as warranted
Develop best practices based on industry knowledge and company needs
Other duties, as assigned

What You Offer:
3+ years’ experience in business development for a general contractor or architectural/engineering firm
Experience/understanding as to generating relationships in the healthcare, retail, and senior/assisted living facilities market space
Experience using Cosential Visuals (CRM) a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field
Ability to prospect for new business, make cold calls, develop leads, qualify customer needs and business fit, and create sales opportunities
Collaborative and effective in understanding and working with a wide spectrum of personalities
Self-starter, independent, and motivated
Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation including effective verbal and written communication skills
