Let Us Tell You About this Position: In this role you are actively building and fostering relationships with existing and potential clients. Your understanding of the marketplace, regional construction needs, and ability to identify new revenue opportunities is key to your success. You work collaboratively with Marketing to coordinate and produce collateral and proposals. In this role you effectively facilitate relationships, open doors, and support the procurement of commercial construction opportunities for the company.

What are the Key Objectives:

• Research, identify, cultivate, network, and acquire business with emphasis on creating new business opportunities for ground-up and tenant improvement projects in Florida
• Position ECS’ value proposition of providing great solutions to clients and potential clients
• Develop communication and marketing plan, in collaboration with Marketing Department, to include email and printed materials to targeted potential clients
• Generate prospecting appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Actively manage customer relationship management database (CRM)
• Leverage internal and external relationships to make introductions to potential clients
• Partner with Marketing to create winning proposals for current and prospective clients
• Attend strategic industry functions/events, as warranted
• Develop best practices based on industry knowledge and company needs
• Other duties, as assigned
