Shopping Center Manager

Leading Retail Commercial Real Estate company that owns and operates over 100 shopping centers in the US is growing. They are seeking a Shopping Center Manager that is community facing and interested in building relationships and creating events. Must know the Heath, OH area and have connections to the community.

Shopping Center Manager – Heath, OH

• Oversee shopping center and serves as the ambassador to the community it serves.
• Participate and network with the local community to drive business and create awareness.
• Create value for the center including outdoor utilization, marketing collaboration, event planning, social media, technology support, demographic analysis, etc.)
• Cultivates existing relationships including merchants, service providers, business partners, sponsors, etc.
• Drive business and lead a team that is dedicated to the venue.
• Recruits, develops, motivates and retains a high performing local team.
• Awareness of regional developments and proactively communicate with partners to include leasing, specialty leasing, development, sponsorship and marketing.
• Assist with tracking and maximizing the financial performance of the center to include all income, expenses, capital improvements, budgets, forecasts, sales and traffic generation.
• Participate in the daily and emergency operating requirements of the center, as well as participating in forming long-term strategic plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
