The Commercial Title Examiner will examine title orders and documents obtained from search to determine the conditions of title and insurability by considering the effect of documents such as deeds, mortgages, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, assessments, probate and other matters of record.

5+ years of experience as a commercial title examiner or similar experience.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Bachelor's degree preferred.  Proficient computer skills.  SofPro experience preferred.  Experience working for a title company preferred.   High degree of accuracy, thoroughness and the ability to make sound decisions.  Excellent research and organizational skills.
