What We Do: We specialize in the sale of Multi-Family Investment Properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our seamless integration of Multi-Family investment sales with Debt & Structured Financing allows us to successfully manage both the disposition process and capital sourcing of debt and structure finance placement. This team has been the preeminent player in the Multi-Family investment sales in the Washington-Baltimore region since 1990. With that mindset, we are looking for that ideal prospect who will: - Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and cross selling additional CBRE services to current client base
- Participate in originating and managing marketing, negotiations, and closing of Multi-Family investment sales on behalf of property owners
- Provide investors (sellers) with pertinent information on current market conditions and property values
- Prepares Broker Opinion of Values, Proposals and Offering Memoranda
- Completes detailed financial underwriting to determine asset valuation and execution strategy
- Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss market area and property amenities
- Compile property data for clients, such as rent comps, sales comps, maps, and demographics
- Analyze data and prepare real estate reports on market trends, historical data, and market comparisons
- Gather and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements and commission agreements
- Prepares offer matrixes, term sheets, and buyer interview questionnaires
- Facilitate and manage due diligence process
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry and specifically Multi-Family
- Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients
- Roll up sleeves to gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials
- Engage in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.
To Qualify, You Will Have: - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- Salesperson real estate license will need to be obtained upon hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and thoughtful work-product in a customer-centric manner.
- Ability to effectively analyze, synthesize, and present information to clients, colleagues, and management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Solid work ethic, team player, and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Essential need and ability to immediately travel to client sites at any given moment
