| About the job The closing department is looking for an experienced, energetic, detail orientated and self-motivated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills, and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a positive experience closing their real estate transactions. Must maintain client relationships by working closely with realtors, mortgage lenders/brokers, builders, buyer/sellers. Responsibilities - Receive and review residential & commercial real estate contracts & documents.
- Review title commitments to ensure all title requirements and title matters have been properly satisfied.
- Ordering/reviewing payoff statements, homeowners association estoppel letters, surveys.
- Review and prepare ALTA/Closing Disclosures, HUD Statements and other documents related to closing.
- Working closely with Closing Teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time closing demands.
- Checking documents for accuracy.
- Ability to facilitate closings for buyers/sellers.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information while exercising excellent judgment and discretion
