The successful candidate will provide support to the brokerage engagement team within human resources. This team provides HR support to the company’s recruitment and retention efforts within the Brokerage and Valuation & Appraisal departments and supports HR in managing the broker and appraiser life cycles.
Provide administrative support of employee onboarding, life cycle transactions and retention efforts across multiple geographies.
Establish a strong working relationship with HR leaders and partner with them to coordinate and track various employee life cycle transactions including hiring, terminations, job type changes, and compensation changes.
Prepare related employment documents including offer letters, employment agreements, bonus memos and internal forms.
Partner with Payroll and HR Operations to facilitate and track payments of bonuses and commissions.
Manage database tracking & reporting of all activity of the team.
Oversee all standard forms and templates.
Assist with developing PowerPoint presentations.
Coordinate activities with other departments including legal, operations and human resources.
Support various ad hoc projects.
Background, Experience, and Competencies:
3+ years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience
Administrative or human resources experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent attention to detail
Additional Salary Information: Hourly wage - temporary to full-time
