We Offer
A meaningful position in Credit Risk Management International Wealth Management (CRM IWM) within the International Real Estate Finance team based in Zurich.

Analysis and assessment of European, Middle Eastern, and global real estate financings (residential and commercial single property and portfolio transactions across multiple-jurisdictions)
Assessing and challenging valuations and similar reports provided by external valuers and advisors and make credit decisions by exercising your own authority or making recommendations to senior credit authority holders and applying defined credit underwriting standards
Participate in the further development of the International Wealth Management's growing international real estate financing offering
Outcome-orientated collaboration with front office and other partners locally and globally and ensure professional analysis, structuring and execution of real estate financing and monitor individual credits, portfolio and real estate market trends in target markets
Supervising existing real estate financing activities in Western European onshore booking locations and provide advice to CRM teams in international offices in case of more sophisticated transactions
Close cooperation with international CRM teams and other partners in order to identify risk increases and initiation of appropriate measures to minimize risks
You Offer
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics or Finance paired with a minimum of 5 years working experience in (international) structured commercial real estate lending. Project management skills are a plus.
Proficiency in English. Additional language skills, incl. German is an advantage
You are a dedicated enabler and problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude as well as good analytical skills, excellent communicator and passion for finding bespoke solutions!
