You are a natural leader who thrives in environments that allow you to showcase your leadership and communication skills when interacting with direct/indirect reports as well as partnering with Senior Leadership. This position is open to candidates that sit near a CBRE office located in Seattle, San Francisco, South California - Los Angeles, Orange County/Newport Beach. ROLE SUMMARYThe Divisional Senior Associate role acts as a leverage point for Division Senior Leadership in driving achievement for 2021/2022 strategic targets in an outsourcing environment. Serving strategic accounts, this role supports leadership and engages in special projects in achieving targets around Customer Satisfaction, Financial Targets, Talent and Growth. The role delivers initiatives that align directly to strategic targets and creates exposure to regional operations and service line processes. The annual Divisional Senior Associate role cycle will culminate with a year-end read-out of program results for Americas Senior Leadership, as well as incoming Divisional Senior Associates. This review will provide an opportunity to share successes and innovations and level-set expectations for the incoming participants. Divisional Senior Associates report to Client Solutions Leaders with dotted line reporting to Director of Client Care from a program governance perspective. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned depending on business and/or client needs. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships across departments and geographies Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities Strong leadership skills including the ability to provide direct and indirect leadership. Willingness to complete all levels of tasks from creating newsletters to partnering with Senior Leadership on key business objectives. MBA or other master's degree Required
