The Associate will work directly with the Investment team, senior executives and other business partners to evaluate an asset's investment potential and provide analysis to support optimal asset performance over time. The Associate will be involved in all aspects of transaction and asset-level financial analysis, modeling, documentation, due diligence and market research while providing a broad range of support for the firm's acquisition, development and asset management functions.
Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to function under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple managers at one-time
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency using Argus Enterprise
2 - 3 years of experience in real estate investment, preferably office and multi-family
