Commercial Real Estate/Loan Officer

This position is responsible for the development and management of commercial and real estate loan accounts including assigned workout credits within Bank policy guidelines and limits.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• reviewing new and existing customer loan requests and underwriting secured/unsecured credit
• cultivating new business to enhance Bank profitability and core deposit base through contact with prospective and new customers
• identifying additional product and service offerings for current customers
• acting as portfolio manager in the sourcing, analysis, funding and servicing of various loans (target mix of 70% commercial real estate and 30% C&I)
• ensuring loan documentation is in conformity with applicable law and loan policy
• preparing material, communicating and presenting loans to committee
• attending relevant customer and prospect activities and events to promote and market the Bank’s image, further develop the client relationship and express appreciation for current business
