As a Program Manager with CBRE| SiteREADY, you will have the opportunity to work closely with fellow CBRE| SiteREADY employees to understand our client's needs and responsible for managing the scope of work and client expectations for small and medium-scale projects to include financials, customer satisfaction, milestones, tasks, and issues or concerns. Key Responsibilities: Program Management -
Simultaneously manage multiple small to large-sized projects for various IT infrastructure project types, i.e. new builds, site relocations, office re-stacks, technology upgrades, and special client expansion project requests. -
Collaborates with Architects, MEPs, and contractors/vendors -
Define & manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget based on Client's expectations. -
Lead & oversee the technology implementation for clients including but not limited to the following scopes: Low Voltage Audio Visual Physical Security WLAN DAS Systems Desktop Sound Masking Telephony Data Networks (Circuit Order Management) -
Document the IT requirements by collaborating with the project team to define technology solutions. -
Risk Management - Create a Risk Management Plan to be used throughout the delivery of the project for risk acceptance, avoidance, and mitigation. -
Resource Management - Manage t he technology resources, technicians/subcontractors, and work with clients and project stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed successfully according to specifications/plans. -
Coordinate RFP process for technology vendors by collaborating with General Contractors/Owners/Trades on various logistical items needed to accomplish the scopes of work defined in the SOW. -
Conduct and participate in scheduled conference calls, creating and maintaining meeting minutes and project updates. -
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, constantly monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders. -
Coordinate and manage change order requests to achieve project goals/milestones. -
Increase accuracy by reviewing deliverables prepared by Project Team members before passing them on to the Account Manager/Client. Program Accounting/Financial Management -
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. -
Understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections, making decisions accordingly. Business Development -
Identify potential business development activities and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or Client. -
Lead proposal efforts in conjunction with the Account Manager, including the completion of project scoping and LOE assessments. -
Effectively convey CBRE| SiteREADY's message in both written and verbal business development discussions. Additional Responsibilities: -
Facilitate Project Team and Client meetings effectively. -
Hold regular status meetings/calls with Project Team, communicating relevant project information. -
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. -
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. -
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. -
Comply with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures. Qualifications Business Development -
Bachelor's degree and PMP certification desired. -
Minimum of 10-15 years of project/program management experience, -
Experience managing the hardware side of IT implementations -
Experience with deploying technical hardware such as servers, switches, desktops, phones, security, and audio/visual. Skills -
Possess a reasonable understanding in the areas of network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking -
Experience with IT construction projects, and consolation for office spaces -
Experience with Construction Design Strategy (SD/DD/CD) and drawing development -
Strong knowledge of the project life cycle with expert abilities in project planning/execution, understanding risk assessment, and control project financials/closing -
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Project -
Outstanding degree of work ethic and professionalism -
Ability to maintain an awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on Client engagements Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Duties are performed primarily in an office setting.
