Performs non-technical light maintenance, housekeeping, occupancy and custodial duties under direct supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional and courteous service to our Members and our guests following the Hana Service Culture guidelines.
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Cleans meeting rooms between bookings and assists with catering set-ups and break downs.
Prepares coffee as needed and ensures our common pantry areas are stocked with glassware, cutlery, plates and accessories.
Empty bus bins throughout the day, wash all service ware using commercial dish machines and restock.
Dust, vacuum, mop and wipe down all surfaces in all communal areas on a recurring schedule.
Deep clean offices prior to new Member move in and be available to spot clean offices when requested.
Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the day as needed.
Spot checks base building rest rooms and reports any issues to management.
Manages inventory of storage, back of the house pantry and housekeeping rooms to ensure contents are accounted for and orderly at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. 1 - 2 years experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
May require valid driver's license.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
