Bachelor’s degree in related field required. -
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a marketing role – prior experience in the commercial real estate industry preferable. -
Experience in a supervisory/leadership role. -
Proficient Microsoft applications experience (Excel, Word). -
Some fluency in, or ability to quickly learn, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). -
Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an ability to articulate client value. -
Ability to work as a team player. -
Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with top level executives. -
A strong work ethic, the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment, and an ability to meet critical deadlines. Bonus skills and experience -
Commercial real estate experience preferred. -
Digital advertising / strategy experience. -
Content writing experience. What success looks like -
You will directly supervise the marketing/client services support team to include performance management, oversight, development, hiring, staffing, managing priorities -
You will keep local stakeholders apprised of national marketing initiatives, key updates and best practice processes -
You will serve as marketing liaison between regional marketing, national marketing and Operations Manager and marketing teams -
You will participate in improving workflow in conjunction with Operations Manager and other support staff -
You will act as editor in chief for significant projects, quarterly reports & new templates; ensure brand compliance as outlined by global and national marketing directives -
You will develop and write key sections for marketing strategy, market overview, team bios, website content, and company information -
You will assist teams with their positioning and ensure team collateral is compliant and aligned with national messaging and requirements -
You will follow and recommend procedures that support organizational consistency across offices -
You will work collaboratively with research to elevate local market research and market these insights via internal and external channels -
You will develop and deliver tracking reports, presentations, and analytics on progress of priorities, goals, activities and programs; monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annual presentations and reporting -
You will attend weekly sales meetings and identify ways to further enhance marketing efforts in the region -
You will support local annual marketing budget with regional marketing management team -
You will provide guidance and advice to the marketing (graphics team)/client services staff and work with researchers and broker teams on pitch and proposal presentation materials -
You will manage project preparation with teams and ensure timely completion -
You will assist in the development of content and pursuit strategy, and play an active role in project managing all aspects of the pursuit -
You will provide backup in tracking and reporting success of all pitches and presentations to local Operations Manager -
You will assist with writing and researching (online) content for special assignments -
You will write, update and maintain powerful, case studies, resumes, and ads -
You will offer leadership in property marketing strategy for effective campaign development and implementation -
You will assist in execution for high value property campaigns and detailed budget across multiple platforms, defining metrics and reporting -
You will manage external communications and promotion with the media through press releases, advertisements, and other means -
You will create compelling communications that are relevant to individual brokers and specific markets being served -
You will collect competitive marketing information (styles, platforms, technologies competitors use) from various sources (samples of BOV’s, pitches, websites, social media, open house venues/ideas, etc.) and continually looks for, suggests, and implements new and improved/creative ways to help brokers offer the highest quality marketing materials and technologies to the industry. -
You will work with teams to create, execute and maintain quantifiable business development marketing campaigns (touch points) -
