Develop tools using Tableau, Power BI, Dimension, etc. to disseminate the company's market research data to brokers, management, and various other internal lines of business
Optimize time and effort of the research team while delivering superior service to brokers, management, and clients. Automate processes using tools like Python, Alteryx, R, SQL, Power Query, etc.
Establish and improve data superiority standards in coordination with research teams across various markets to provide high quality proprietary market research data to our stakeholders
Develop, maintain, and improve tools to help brokers and management achieve superior outcomes at the point of sale and help them make sound real-estate decisions driven by data
Understand the origin of our proprietary data, its structure and flow across various business lines and the key elements of commercial real estate industry like Comps, Availabilities, Tenants in the Market, and the connection between them
Ability to perform complicated data requests and communicate highly technical data related analysis to field research analysts, brokers, and leadership
Track usage of research dashboards to create effective feedback loops and to promote usage and data contribution from the users and stakeholders
Understand best practices in the field of data analytics and its applicability in the commercial real estate industry
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications - External
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
