Seeking a highly self-motivated and seasoned creative Marketing Specialist to join our top-performing national business development team. This role will work directly with CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services Team (A&T) driving growth for the company by creating custom solutions for office, retail and industrial real estate clients.
This position will assist the BD Management Team in the strategy, preparation and delivery of high-profile client proposals and presentations. This role will help coordinate business development projects as assigned and will assist in project management needs including organizing team meetings, gathering content, consolidating edits and curating content into a cohesive package.
This high-visibility position calls for a confident marketing and business development professional with excellent strategic-thinking, writing, project management, analytical, and collaboration skills. The preferred candidate is self-directed and will have experience in a deadline driven environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service, including responding promptly to team requests and meeting commitments.
Organizes and manages team meetings interfacing with leadership and sales professionals, managing the entire process, pursuit team, deliverables and deadline.
Assists the BD Manager and Sr. BD Writer in the strategy, preparation and delivery of high-profile threshold pursuits and projects.
Responsible for assisting the gathering , writing and curating of content from all team members to convey win strategies, differentiators, process and approach.
Point person for all data entry into online e-procurement systems for client RFP proposal requests.
Reviews materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding and supports team with materials for final distribution
Works with and assists Knowledge Manager with online libraries, updating of materials, sourcing stats and market research.
Coordinates with graphic design team as needed on all pursuit and project pieces.
Works within Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint and Word to create and design marketing and presentation materials.
No formal supervisory of people, however, serves as lead on business development projects, coordinating all tasks, content and ensuring deadlines are met. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within business unit and/or project.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year and minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.
Commercial Real Estate, Consulting and / or Data Management Experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
