This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate, seeking a career in business or procurement/supply chain management. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of procurement/supply chain management business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside talented professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your commercial real estate sales career. The program provides you with a unique perspective on our integrated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.
Responsibilities May Include
Work with account leadership to understand account operations, scopes of service and financial requirements within an integrated service model
Gain exposure to multiple areas of the core business and brainstorm ways to help improve best practice sharing
Develop recommendations for greater financial/operational controls and standard reporting routines
Preparation and distribution of Segment-specific management reports with commentary
The internship is designed for driven analytical candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or procurement. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and disciplined, and exhibit a demonstrated interest in supply chain management.
Current college student pursuing bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university (major in business, procurement, data analytics field preferred)
Requires knowledge of basic procurement/supply chain terms, concepts and principles
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present information to supervisors
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
Ability to work independently, and collaboratively,
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong academic background and GPA
