Regional Marketing Coordinator

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to NorthMarq’s local offices and act as a liaison with Corporate Marketing to execute design, business development, and marketing projects. This position will responsible for leveraging the brand platform and best practices to elevate the NorthMarq brand in the industry. The best candidate will have a mix of graphic design and marketing execution experience. Key competencies include a high degree of customer services, strong project management, innovation in digital marketing, and attention to detail.
Position Essential Duties:
Graphic Design/Business Development:
Support regional office requests to execute marketing plans
Coordinate pitchbook/business development documents with regional office and MarComm.
Coordinate client closing gifts as requested, including lucites, holiday, and completed transaction gifts.
Leverage corporate templates to customize marketing materials to fit the needs of local sales professionals
Submit transaction announcement content for distribution/posting to news media, social media, and northmarq.com
Create editorial plan for external content on social media and northmarq.com for local offices
Support social media content for client-facing professionals
Conferences & Client Event Management:
Manages local conferences and assists with regional and national conferences
Coordinates event schedule, and materials and gifts due for each event.
Attends events as needed
Provide event support for client events
Manage, create, and send marketing emails through the company’s marketing automation tool
Update and manage client lists in Salesforce as needed.
Utilize project management skills to track and manage time spent on projects, and
Work with multiple Managing Directors to prioritize work.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing for financial services or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Word and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) essential. Basic to intermediate Excel and Access or other database program experience
Experience with Content Management Systems and HTML email platforms
Excellent written and oral communications skill
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service, with preferred experience in coordinating with field office contacts.
