The Divisional Senior Associate role acts as a leverage point for Division Senior Leadership in driving achievement for 2021/2022 strategic targets in an outsourcing environment.
Serving strategic accounts, this role supports leadership and engages in special projects in achieving targets around Customer Satisfaction, Financial Targets, Talent and Growth.
The role delivers initiatives that align directly to strategic targets and creates exposure to regional operations and service line processes.
The annual Divisional Senior Associate role cycle will culminate with a year-end read-out of program results for Americas Senior Leadership, as well as incoming Divisional Senior Associates. This review will provide an opportunity to share successes and innovations and level-set expectations for the incoming participants.
Divisional Senior Associates report to Client Solutions Leaders with dotted line reporting to Director of Client Care from a program governance perspective.
Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned depending on business and/or client needs.
