We are seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced graphic designer to CBRE's marketing team in the Denver office. This position will report into the CBRE Marketing Manager, but will be dedicated to a specific brokerage team. All responsibilities will be aligned with the brokerage team's overall goals and needs. While being devoted to a specific team, this position will provide ample opportunity for professional growth within our creative services group, as we encourage creative exploration by leveraging new technologies, design and marketing trends.
This role is responsible for the conceptualization and strategy of design, as well as the tactical production of deliverables. This role requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, business acumen and the ability to sell one's ideas effectively. It requires an advanced knowledge of Adobe CC, Microsoft Office 365, and a basic familiarity of HTML and coding languages. This role will be responsible for some admin duties (10-15%) such as vouchers and expense reports. Candidate must also be comfortable with basic copywriting as they grow accustom with their role and understanding of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and deliver strategic, visually engaging designs using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
Coordinate and produce custom and CBRE branded marketing materials to promote the team's property sales listings, including but not limited to: lending packages, brochures, booklets, email blasts, proposals, invitations, and signage
Effectively adhere to our corporate brand standards
Stay abreast of CBRE supported technology for property marketing and business development efforts
Can identify, partner with and engage strategically with relevant vendors
Provide high-level support and leverage to multiple assigned real estate professionals on the same team, often handling a large amount of details relating to complex real estate transactions
Assist in the preparation to produce large marketing presentations, often with a short lead-time
Design visually compelling area maps, site plans and floor plans
Basic copywriting experience

There are no formal supervisory responsibilities in this position, but this individual may be accountable for training freelancers and contractors as needed. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance, collaboration opportunities and general design direction.
The annual salary range is between $50-$55K.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Art, Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
Minimum of two to five years related experience and/or training
Commercial Real Estate experience not required, but highly preferred

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Advanced knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Basic proofreading, editing and writing skills required. Exceptional project management and organizational skills required. Ability to effectively quality control their own projects with a keen eye for attention to detail and consistency in format and content structure.
