Develop short and long-term Business Development/Sales strategies at focus center(s) in conjunction with mall management teams and corporate business development.
Cultivate and maintain extensive contacts and relationships with local Businesses, CVB, Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations for the purpose increasing Business Development Revenue through paid sponsorship and advertising at the mall.
Identify, create and sell revenue opportunities for your respective focus center(s).
Facilitate all phases of Business Development deals in the focus center(s) including installation of media, removal and disposal of media, billing of clients and partners, and collections of revenue from sponsors and advertisers.
Maintain and submit monthly reports for Business Development Revenue, Mall Projections, etc.
Participate as member of the Mall Management Team on activities such as staff meetings, Manager on Duty rotation during Holidays, local and company-wide programs and initiatives, holiday décor set up, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager and/or home office personnel.

To be considered, we require:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University; or a minimum of 8 years of directly-related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered (1 year education = 2 years’ experience).
Proven, established ability to initiate sales contacts
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
Demonstrated technology acumen to include expertise in MS Office Suite with proficiency in workflow management software or related office applications. Experience with CRM, real estate management operating systems such as Yardi or Sales Force a real plus.
Stellar written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in advertising/sales, real estate, contracting, leasing preferred.
Ability to occasionally work long and flexible hours (evenings and weekends) on a project basis.
