HDC is recruiting for a tenant service coordinator. The tenant coordinator works with the property management and leasing team to meet the tenant service needs of our commercial real estate portfolio.
Provide tenant support throughout the lifecycle of a tenant’s experience, which includes various tasks (e.g., responding to all tenant service requests, preparing work orders and consulting with property management, etc.)
Ensure tenants are fully onboarded with attention to detail and excellent customer service
Organize and maintain tenant information and facilitate the receipt of essential tenant documentation and materials
Draft and coordinate ongoing tenant communications
Monitor work order coordination, completion, and tenant satisfaction
Coordinate inspections and vendor appointments in tenant spaces
Maintain reserved parking log and follow-up on contract renewals
Assist in creating tenant welcome packages for property management to distribute
Help coordinate building events (e.g. tenant appreciation events, broker events, investor events, etc.)
Manage conference room scheduling, supplies, set-up and food and beverage coordination
Front desk rotation; screen and direct incoming calls; respond to general inquiries
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; two or four year college degree preferred and
One to three years of related experience in a commercial property, tenant management setting or customer service; or
Any combination of education, training and experience which provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
Desire to learn and grow with a dynamic organization

Ability to meet and manage deadlines with a flexible attitude and approach towards assignments
Client-focused, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
