Your role as an Investor Relations Analyst
As an Analyst for the Investor Reporting team, you'll report to the VP and Head of Investor Services, in supporting key functions of the department including preparation of presentations and marketing materials, assistance in the coordination of the investor conference and mid-year investor call, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations of Investor Relations.

What you’ll do
Support the development, production, and ongoing updating of all marketing materials including pitch books, PPM, DDQ, investor conference slides, and other materials which will require coordinating with other groups across the organization
Develop graphics and produce analytics in Excel (experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus)
Assist with responding to database questionnaires (e.g. Preqin, IREI, P&I)
Oversee the CRM and repository database, ensure data integrity of inputs, and manage the analytics and reporting
Work with the IR team to respond to all investor requests including managing contact information or wire updates
Support robust and timely communication with investors and coordinate responses to incoming investor inquiries
Work closely with all members of the IR team to support successful fundraises every 2-3 years
Monitor Preqin and other investor databases and utilize the research and benchmarking functions
Manage property image library
What you’ll bring
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics
2+ years experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry with Investor relations and business development experience
Understanding of broad financial markets and indices
Understanding of SEC regulations that impact investor/external communications is a plus
Strong financial modeling, finance, and accounting skills with superior attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
