You are adept at understanding emerging technologies and how they fundamentally alter the business dynamics. Specifically, you will keep track of the overall landscape of technology driven innovations relevant to the commercial real-estate portfolio including tracking competitors
Business Strategy Manager is responsible for building a world class market intelligence, strategic planning, opportunity assessment & validation system to guide investments that will both drive business growth and overall impact. Based on this system the Business Strategy Manager will be responsible for co-creating the long-range plan in close orchestration with business partners. The Business Strategy Manager will be accountable for driving cross-company LRP alignment in close partnership with the TSI VP and will ensure all plans feed into the bi-annual execution planning process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Use strong conceptual and analytical skills to generate insights and recommendations.
-Work with stakeholders across the organization to optimize portfolio metrics and KPIs that support delivery of innovation strategy, refining as business needs evolve.
-Excellent communication skills to engage and influence senior leaders.

-Partner with cross-functional team and evangelize vision with key business stakeholders and executive leadership to drive alignment
-Drive creative solutioning by assessing internal /external capabilities and considering build vs buy vs assemble considerations
-Expect to distribute your time across:
-Market facing (~30%) - Keeping abreast of emerging tech and identifying disruptive capabilities.
-Strategy Definition (~50%*): Define strategies and digital solutions, develop business cases & roadmap for opportunities tapping into emerging tech capabilities and integrating them across the businesses.
-Solution Delivery (~20%*): Manage and drive global cross-functional coordination for the selected programs implemented in the innovation pipeline.
