ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates and meets with business leadership, executives, and management teams to facilitate conversations around real estate decisions.
Contributes to the creation, development, and prioritization of client growth strategies, plans and goals.
Researches and develops strategic recommendations to create critical value to clients from GIS and/or real estate related experience.
Manages project scope, monitors project progress and performance, and provides status reports to communicate amongst all internal teams.
Interacts with the client to design customized analytics and solutions to their specific needs.
Provides client support and training on analysis and other results for assigned projects, as needed.
Performs quality assurance on all products or services being developed for clients to ensure product is meeting specified requirements.
Provides support to senior management on projects; provides support and assistance for extra workload, as needed.
Processes, prepares, and maintains critical analytic databases for client projects.
Extracts demographic information from various databases for use in maps or reports using Alteryx database programming platform, a complex specialty platform for high volume/large format data management.
