We are seeking an Associate Attorney to support our affordable housing clients. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing not-for-profit and private developers in affordable housing transactions, including but not limited to, low-income housing tax credit and tax-exempt bond transactions.
Experience and Qualifications: • At least 4 years of experience in affordable housing transactions • New York State Bar admission required • Affordable housing experience preferred but not required • We will consider candidates with commercial real estate experience • Candidates with experience in representing developers in closing complex financing transactions and negotiating joint ventures should apply
