The Investment Management arm of a globally renowned Commercial Real Estate firm are looking for a Business Analyst to work on the implementation of a new Client Portal / CRM system. The role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential of a permanent role at the end of it.
My client are consolidating legacy client portal / CRM systems down to one, best in class solution. The focus of this role is to partner with impacted business teams during the discovery and build phases and, with the knowledge acquired, support the launch and BAU handover. You will also represent the end users of the application and ensure their interests are considered by the project team. Along with typical BA activities there will be a focus on copying and documenting end user activities to validate process redesign and configuration & build requirements, as well as contribution to business policy & procedure documents. In addition, the BA will be required to propose new processes and quality assurance to support the new centralised way of working.
To apply for this role, you will have a demonstrable background of working a Business Analyst on system implementation projects in the Financial Services space, ideally Investment Management or Commercial Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have worked in fund raising, investor relations, investor reporting (or on projects with these teams).
