This position is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships (credit and non-credit), and lending functions related to more complex credits handled by the Bank.
Calls on referral sources and prospects regularly to generate new business in both loan and deposit area.
Acquires and analyzes loan applications and makes timely decisions or recommendations regarding loan size, terms, and pricing.
Builds a network of referral sources and follows up on accounts referred by other senior officers. Conducts outside calls to generate new relationships in loans and deposits.
Works closely with Branch personnel in selling deposit-related products.
Adheres to all applicable lending and deposit laws and regulations according to Bank policy.
Provides proactive customer service, resolves problems, and develops inquiries into opportunities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year university in Finance or related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial lending.
Thorough understanding of commercial real estate underwriting, appraisals, and common practices in the finance industry.
