The Capital Markets Associate (CMA) position is a hybrid role whereby the individual is responsible for both business development and technical financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and passion in sales and commercial real estate (CRE) to help CrowdStreet grow. This is a front-line business development position helping to educate executive leadership of the nation's biggest and best CRE owners, operators, and developers (aka “sponsors”) about the benefits of online syndication.
