Areas of Focus

• Create a business development strategy to bring Juno’s products and services to market;
• Direct lead generation, lead qualification, customer education, demonstration of value, and contract negotiation for prospective partner developers and land owners;
• Work with Design, Business Operations, Delivery, and Development teams to provide feedback on product features and requirements to further expand Juno’s value proposition to developers;
• Oversee the preparation of necessary marketing and business development collateral (e.g., presentation decks) and partner with other internal stakeholders to develop related materials (e.g., testfit and cost estimate packages, scope docs, FAQs, proposals, MOUs, template contracts);
• Build out and manage a high caliber and high integrity team for conducting outreach and managing the lead generation process;
• Own relationships and represent Juno when engaging with prospective customers: educate customers and build trust in Juno capabilities, identify customer requirements and objectives, escalate internally to drive improvements in our product and service offering;
• Manage and prioritize pipeline, serving as the centralized point of contact for prospective customers and collaborating with Design and Delivery to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of cross-functional work product;
• Collaborate with Juno’s Development Company on co-development deals, as applicable; and
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize growth for Juno;

What we're looking for in a teammate:

• You have had 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, brokerage, customer acquisition or real estate development, real estate private equity, or real estate acquisitions.  Experience and expertise in PropTech, multifamily real estate, construction and/or other built environment platforms is a big plus;
• You have a strong understanding of real estate and a demonstrated ability to grow and progress a pipeline; 
• You enjoy selling a product and persuading others why this this system will change the future of housing in the U.S.;
• You’re well organized, can proactively set up and manage a CRM with 100s if not 1000s of prospects and track conversion, aging, and other metrics;
• You independently translate goals into actionable plans. You are self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of opportunities to ensure a solution;
• You’re extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of creating order from  ambiguity;
• You’re a team player and comfortable working with and building teams, vendors and  partners; you can proactively manage up and across, present to management and boards of directors;
• You are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and getting internal stakeholders to yes;
• You are able to prioritize, multi-task, learn, adapt, and work well under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment; 
• You’re a positive, empathetic, and ethical person who is skilled at collaboration and communication; you’re low ego and constantly curious. You believe no task is too small; and
• You are mission aligned to the belief that people deserve a quality living experience at more attainable prices.
