Position Overview: The Customer Success Manager will own the ultimate success for assigned LightBox customers including; implementation, onboarding, training, user adoption, growth, identify upsell/cross sell and Professional Services opportunities, assist Account Managers with Quarterly Business Review/Annual Review and Increase the Life Time Value of the client. You must be a strategic thinker who is also hands on, able to learn new concepts quickly, be an adept problem solver, and seek out process improvements.
