National Cooperative Bank (NCB) is seeking a Financial Analyst for our Hillsboro, OH office.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis and loan review of the NCB, N.A. servicing portfolio which comprises of approximately 2,100 real estate loans subject to Bank, CREFC, and FNMA credit standards.
This includes identifying loans in violation of various covenants including minimum Debt Service Coverage requirements, Assessment Receivables, reserve requirements. Also creating and updating Watch List commentary, ensure adequate risk ratings, recommend risk rating changes, identify new risk areas or potential credit problems.
BA/BS degree (Accounting/Finance/Business preferred) or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate or commercial banking, preferably in a financial analysis or underwriting role.
Prefer 3-years’ experience in commercial/commercial real estate banking and/or underwriting/analysis, or an accounting/finance background.
The candidate should be proficient in reviewing financial statements for multiple property types (Cooperative Housing, Community Associations, and Commercial Real Estate).
