The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Operations Leader and will serve as support for a brokerage sales team. This position is responsible for support and management of client service activities such as pitch and proposals, offering memorandums, transaction support, and team administrative support. The Brokerage Coordinator will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the team to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their clients. Hired candidate will be expected to be in the Portland office during work hours M-F, 8am-5pm PST with work life flexibility. This is not a remote opportunity.
