ABOUT THIS ROLE
Maiden+John is looking for an Account Executive to manage its quickly growing roster of clients. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone with two or more years of experience in digital strategy, including organic and paid media, or social media management. You will manage marketing, advertising and social media campaigns using your digital insight and expertise. Your main role will be proposing campaign strategies and project managing their execution. This will include producing and editing digital content, keeping our team on schedule, and reporting metrics.
*Note: Ideally, candidates are based regionally near a BR office (New York, NY; Washington, DC; or Los Angeles, CA) or BR client (Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco). This role can also be fully remote with occasional travel to clients and team collaboration events.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day support of client deliverables
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns and targeting for clients
- Creating metric reporting-back to clients on advertising, social media, and other digital campaigns
- Work with multiple clients, most with multiple social media accounts
- Publish all content on behalf of clients, making sure your geo-tags, captions and hashtags are on point.
- Working across account teams to bring digital engagement best practices to a diverse array of clients
- Conducting audits and producing reports of our clients’ online work and analyzing results and metrics
- Proactively proposing creative strategies to help clients achieve their organizational goals—study a client’s goals and challenges and propose digital-based solutions
- Working with advertising vendors to develop and implement smart strategies for clients
Essential Skills:
- An exemplary project management skills and a track record of being highly dependable and organized
- Strong attention to detail that allows thoroughness and accuracy to your work
- Intimate knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- A keen understanding of advertising and marketing metrics and their impacts
- An experienced multi-tasker and juggler of competing priorities who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of company staff, clients, and vendors
- The strong desire to be a team player and ability to work with a team to achieve group objectives
- At least two years of experience supporting creative digital communications and campaigns or social media accounts
