The work of the Executive Talent Researcher is focused solely on the production and leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of Berkadia's production networks. A successful Executive Talent Researcher will identify prospective candidates, build out profiles in our database, develop phone and email details, and verify that information. In doing so, you will analyze the data for competitive insights and business intelligence. You will also be responsible for managing research projects to ensure research is delivered on-time and be involved in various opportunities to impact and/or drive important strategic initiatives tied to Berkadia's overall production and growth strategies.
Manage Confidential Executive Searches - Manage an effective and efficient process for Commercial Real Estate and leadership searches in partnership with Berkadia's executive leadership team.
Develop relationship with Berkadia executives and support accountability on completion of calls, meetings, and tasks related to recruitment efforts.
Running reports for weekly meetings with clients and managing assignments and commitments of involved parties.
Support executive searches and manage relationship expectations with external agency partners.
Support Merger & Acquisition research and implementation.
Research Intelligence - Conduct research that informs on strategies to solve complex business problems.
Gather vast amounts of information about people online, creating profiles of potential recruits/people of interest.
Build and execute research maps to identify current and up-and-coming players within the specific region, market, etc. Provide insights, news about candidate movement and trends to Berkadia's senior leadership team.
Turn questions and assumptions into actionable research initiatives.
Develop sourcing strategies to support TA team's efforts to fill critical open positions.
Lead Various Strategic Initiatives for Executive Management Team - Examples include:
(1) Implementation of a Proprietary Database for prospective recruits - Lead project team of executives, tech professionals, and corporate representatives to design & develop an internal database for maintaining and tracking confidential business development plans and information.
(2) Development of ideal talent profiles and targeted sourcing strategies for various critical positions across the organization.

Highly Analytical nature - Adept at analyzing corporate data, spotting patterns in the information, and enjoy wrangling data to ensure data quality.
