Office Manager
You will be responsible for managing local office support operations for brokerage services for multiple offices within specified market. This role will ensure that administrative and operational functions are provided to local offices in an efficient and effective manner. They will work closely with the Director of Operations, Managing Principal, fee-earner(s) and staff within the market to provide support and implement strategic initiatives. This roll will interface with internal and external parties with respect to highly sensitive issues on behalf of the Managing Principal, Regional Managing Principal, and/or other Executives in the office.
