Basic functions: Managing the onboarding & off-boarding experience of our membership. Overall continued outreach, guidance and assistance of NAI Global’s tools & resources. Responsibilities: Follow up with outstanding assignments out to members Help write internal communications for outreach projects Research new platforms we can bring to our members Use Salesforce to manage the onboarding & off-boarding of members Outreach calls to NAI professionals (events, incentives, surveys, etc.) Present to groups or 1:1 meetings using Zoom for training purposes Main POC for NAI help desk for help@ address for memberships, website and intranet bot and managing front desk at events Assist events team with special pro
