Our Client is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Acquisitions and Asset Management team. This analyst will be responsible for underwriting, analyzing, and modeling transactions for their commercial real estate activities. The role provides an opportunity to make an impact for their investors and accelerate your career within a growing company. Previous ARGUS experience is required. Essential Functions: Financial analysis and modeling including the creation of financial models, pro-forma analysis including cash flow, NPV, DCF, and IRR analysis. Underwrite acquisition opportunities, including underwriting assumptions or estimates when information needed is not readily available. Research property dem
