Position SummaryBerkadia's production network is a high-performing, dynamic team responsible for driving growth and excellence across a platform of 200 mortgage bankers, 150 investment sales advisors and over 300 support staff. The Regional Vice President - Production, South will serve the pivotal role of facilitating partnership between senior management and the production network. Specific focus will be applying a positive, problem-solving mindset to support people management, navigating intra-network challenges (managing and solving interpersonal and business conflict across the production network), partnering with HR on talent management (hiring, onboarding, growth pathing, and exits/offboarding). This role serves as a key leader to enhance cultur
