Your Core Contributions To The Team
CCIM Institute offers education courses that are required for achieving the CCIM designation. In addition to the designation courses, CCIM offers over 65 different non-designation courses to commercial real estate professionals under the Robert L. Ward Center for Real Estate Studies (the Ward Center). Both the designation courses and the Ward Center courses are offered direct by CCIM in various delivery formats such as self-paced, online instructor-led, and in-person classroom. In addition, CCIM Institute courses are licensed for delivery by CCIM Chapters, CCIM International Partners, and other commercial real estate organizations. You will assist in the successful operational delivery of designation courses and Ward Center courses – for both CCIM direct course offerings and licensed course offerings – as follows:
Coordinate with the Education Logistics Manager on all operations for delivery of CCIM designation courses:
Ensure CCIM’s Association Management System (AMS) is up to date and accurately reflects the direct course schedule and the licensed course schedule.
Ensure all scheduled courses are correctly displayed on the CCIM website.
Manage coordination of education support and course materials for licensed courses as needed.
Work with the Designation Curriculum Manager and Education Editor to ensure updates to course materials are communicated to our shipping representative.
Manage the CCIM shared calendar for direct course offerings and communicate the classroom course schedule with CCIM Staff.
Coordinate with the Ward Center Manager on all operations for delivery of Ward Center/non-designation courses:
Ensure CCIM’s Association Management System (AMS) is up to date and accurately reflects the Ward Center master course schedule.
Ensure all scheduled Ward Center courses are correctly displayed on the CCIM website.
Ensure all Ward Center/non-designation course information and specialty track program information is current and correct on the CCIM website.
Manage the CCIM shared calendar for direct non-designation course offerings and communicate the classroom course schedule with CCIM Staff.
Serve as Education Team’s point person for documenting and communicating AMS issues and enhancement requests to internal IT staff.
Provide operational support to Global Programs Coordinator for courses licensed by CCIM international partners, as needed.
Collaborate with internal staff on course setup and delivery operations, as needed.
About You
Knowledge and Abilities
Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
Experience with AMS, learning management, and virtual classroom systems.
Experience with project planning and monitoring skills. Ability to meet deadlines and stay within project scope requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education, Certification, Licenses
Minimum 2 years of university, community college or associate degree required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Excellent writing and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong team player and able to work independently.
