CCAA is accepting applications for Properties & Contracts Manager at Punta Gorda Airport, to support the goals, objectives, and efforts of the properties department, which handles revenue producing contracts, leases, permits, licenses, and other agreements for CCAA. Responsible for assisting in the negotiation, formation and administration of leases, permits, licenses, concession agreements and other contracts, including coordination of various projects with tenants, permittees, and CCAA staff. Assists in the development, drafting and administration of revenue generating solicitations and RFPs.
