JOB SUMMARY: Experienced in the commercial real estate industry, retail, or other similar field, the Manager of Communications will set the tone for internal messaging and communications for one of the most well-respected commercial real estate brokerage firms in the U.S. This role will develop and deploy a cohesive internal communications strategy, cultivating information sharing, learning, and networking for enhanced business results. This Manager will also serve as the lead corporate marketing liaison for a segment of the SRS local offices around the globe.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline
5-plus years of communications or marketing related experience
Experience in communications strategy and employee engagement through email, intranet, and virtual experiences
Strong and confident leadership that leads to exceptional problem solving
The ability to lead and influence stakeholders toward successful outcomes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and drive a multi-channel internal communications strategy.
Encourage the flow of information between corporate leadership, business lines, and local offices.
Prepare and manage all internal communications material, including emails, website content, video, and virtual meetings.
Track performance across various platforms and campaigns to optimize engagement.
Serve as a brand ambassador—ensuring that all communications and collateral enhance the SRS brand and are consistent with brand guidelines.
Stay in-the-know on market, retail, and competitor trends so that you can contribute to giving SRS a competitive advantage.
Create budget for Internal Communications while ensuring compliance.
Work with VP of Marketing and VP of Marketing Tech to build and launch the companies first Intranet
Solidify the company’s Intranet as a source of valuable information, easy to access tools, and network building.
Identify and create strategic content that act as solutions to help achieve company objectives.
Lead and execute an internal email communications strategy, including the calendar, content creation, and optimization.
Identify new opportunities to increase communication within the company, including virtual town halls, webinars, etc.
Help onboard new team members and offices throughout the country, which could include updating org charts, internal announcements, etc.
Assist in the creation of internal event materials, such as presentations.
Work with team members to submit market/industry award applications for local office and brokers.
Serve as the corporate marketing/communication liaison for a designated group of SRS local offices.
Provide internal communications guidance and support to local field office marketing teams.
