The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Investments Sales team with financial analysis and preparing market data to be utilized in various client-facing documents and presentations, including being actively involved in pitches to ownership and their equity partners. Breakdown and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls.Perform valuations and underwriting on Single Family Rental and Build-to-Rent assets.Prepare land residual and Pro
