The Commercial Project Coordinator is involved in every aspect of our Commercial/Shopping Center portfolios. Core responsibilities include making sure deal flow is optimized and that inbound requests from our partners, internally and externally are prioritized and executed by the acquisitions team in a timely manner. This candidate needs to be detailed oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently and possess a high level of competence in performing a full range of portfolio responsibilities in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
