ABOUT THE ROLE
Ambrose funds its developments through discretionary private equity funds. Ambrose has recently launched its fourth fund solely focused on industrial, logistics, and e-commerce real estate. Due to our extensive growth, we are expanding our capital markets team and the role can be located in our Indianapolis or Fort Lauderdale offices. The Capital Markets Director will support and work closely with the Vice President of Capital Markets on investor relations, managing lender relationships, acquisitions and dispositions, and managing joint venture relationships. This role will work closely with the executive leadership team to support Ambrose’s efforts in achieving perfect execution of speculative and build-to-suit industrial and logistics projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Financial Analysis
Manage financial analysis and valuation processes
Prepare transaction information for proformas, sensitivities, investor presentations and fund models
Analyze and track real estate and capital markets trends
Review and abstract documentation for complex real estate agreements to assist with the preparation of financial materials
Establish strong working relationships with the team and clients to understand and identify market intelligence needs
Capital Markets
Work with banks and lenders on project underwriting and due diligence related to construction and permanent debt
